Owen Brady
Owen is a versatile, composer, record producer and recording artist. He is founder and CEO of RMR Music which is an independent record label, publisher, and music production company based in Dublin, Ireland specialising in providing music for media.
Owen’s career in music began early, with two top ten LP releases by age 11. To date he has released under the Sony BMG, EMI, Warner Records, and RMR Music labels. A multi-instrumentalist and UCD graduate with a B.A. and a B.Mus who studied orchestration and musicology, his original music has been featured in a wide variety of film, TV and commercial campaigns.
Owen is a skilled and experienced producer, arranger, orchestrator, conductor, performer and session musician, his composition and production covers a wide variety of genres including classical, traditional, jazz, blues, soul, pop and folk. As a featured artist, he has been described as ‘the best kept secret in Irish Music’ (Irish Independent) and his third LP release was featured in GQ Magazine’s 100 greatest Things in the World. Owen is also a music licensing expert.
