Colm Delaney
Colm is a Dublin-born multi-instrumentalist and composer for film, television and Video games. Having trained classically as a violinist and played as a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Ireland, he remains an active session musician today. Colm graduated with a B.A in Creative Music Production from IADT and was awarded a scholarship to the master’s degree in Scoring for Film, TV and Video Games at Berklee Valencia, graduating in 2025.
Colm has scored a range of short film and animated projects including Stalker (dir. Liam Prenter Morris, 2024) and Reunion (dir. Maura Foley, 2025). He composed the score for Hit The Wall (dir. Ailil Martin, 2025) – a feature documentary around the sport of handball in Ireland, published by TG4. His work has been exhibited at the Heart of Gold International Short Film Festival, the Cannes Indie Shorts Awards and the Galway Film Fleadh amongst others. In addition to film, Colm also works as a composer for video games and commercial media.
