Damien Walsh
Damien Walsh is an Irish film composer and multi-instrumentalist whose recent works include original scores on the historical Documentary series 'Sacred Sites II' for the Smithsonian Channel, TV3's 'The Great Guide to the Future', the gritty, award winning crime thriller feature films 'Bully' and 'Class A' and the horror 'Red Room' which had its Irish Cinema Debut in late 2017.
Damien is currently working on the international action feature film 'Zenith Protocol' (mid-2019 release) and a number of projects that are in early stage production. some artist collaborations as a produce
Damien has been writing music for the past twenty years, playing in bands, lecturing, recording and producing. In 2006 he studied Jazz Guitar in Newpark Music School, Dublin. He then went on to study 'Music Production' with Berklee College and 'Music Composition For Games' with Griffith College, Dublin. Damien’s music style encompasses a wide variety of genres, blending live instrumentation with contemporary sampled instruments and experimental electronic sound design to create modern, dark and gritty soundscapes."
