Daniel Luke
Daniel Luke is a Dublin based pianist, composer, and arranger. A multi instrumentalist, he has played drums and piano in numerous Irish projects, both in the studio and on the road.
In early 2020, Daniel embarked on a new and personal project: a collection of solo piano compositions that would eventually become his debut album "Shadow Dance”. This project has seen him tour across Europe and Ireland, along with playing at festivals such as Other Voices, Glastonbury and All Together Now.
Daniel’s music is emotionally charged, with great depth of feeling; perfect for the screen. Having received a 1st Class Honours Masters Degree in Scoring for Film, TV and Interactive Media with Pulse College, Daniel is moving in to a new phase of his musical career. To date he has composed music for two short films, released in 2024.
What sets Daniel's work apart is his ability to blend musical styles and influences into his own unique voice. By incorporating his classical training with elements of jazz, contemporary, and neoclassical music, he has created a vibrant sound that is distinctly his own.
