Roger Taylor
Composer Roger Taylor is a Wicklow based multi-instrumentalist.
Roger composed the music for the feature film “Ann” for RTE in 2021, written and directed by Ciaran Creagh.
Other notable works include the music for the award winning short “Spent”, by Alfonso Films, shown at 20 film festivals worldwide, and the winner of “Women in TV and Film” Ireland’s short of the year in 2017 and additional music for the award winning documentary “In A House That Ceased To Be” directed by Ciarin Scott.
Roger also plays sax and piano with the renowned Hazel O’Connor recording and producing her last two albums at his studio. Other artists he has recorded at his studio include, Cormac de Barra, Liam O´Maonlai, Brian Kennedy, Jack Lukeman, Sarah Fisher and Clare Hirst.
